"Cooking Up Solutions for
Want a fresh approach to your computer solutions?
Tricia's goal is simple. She wants you to be confident and comfortable with the tools you use to market your business. Use the Internet, email, contact managers, digital products, drip marketing, and more to reach and serve your clients and prospects. If marketing is anything and everything that puts your name in front of people, the best tool you have (apart from yourself) is the computer. Tricia will help you use it wisely and well.
Before offering a solution, Tricia looks at several things:
What kind of cook are you?
or...What kind of computer user?
- Are you a gourmet chef or are scrambled eggs more your style? Do you like to really get involved and learn lots about how the computer stuff works? Or, do you just want to make it go!?
Who are you feeding and what do they want to eat?
or...What do you need to accomplish? What are your challenges?
- Who are your clients or customers? What level of sophistication do they expect from you? How do you need to communicate with them? How do you need to access your system? Are there ways technology can create products or services for you? Will a drip marketing solution work for you?
What ingredients do you have?
or...What technology tools do you have? What can you buy that will be part of the solution?
- In cooking, you usually start with the main ingredient and build a meal from there. You want the same with your computer system. What is the central piece of your system? What support systems do you have (in-house and outside your company)? There are a lot of questions to ask to make sure that system works best for you.

Since 1989, through training,
speaking, writing and consulting, Tricia has lived her passion of helping small
business owners and professionals use technology to market and grow their business and get
more done in less time (and eventually with less effort!) by taking the
technical out of technology.
