need? My basic philosophy is:
If you're going to do
something once, let someone else do it. If you need
to do it repeatedly, learn to do it yourself. So, if
I'm consulting and see something I think you'll need
to do frequently, I suggest I train you to do it. If
I'm training and see something that needs to be done
once, I suggest I do it.
Why does that matter
to you? Because it saves you time, money, and tons
of frustration. You don't waste time and energy
learning (and getting frustrated when you forget)
things that are of low return on your investment.
And, you save money because you're not paying me to
keep doing things you could easily do yourself.
